Web Gallery Troubleshooting

if you are having troubles seeing the photographs on your computer, here are a few suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem.

• make sure you are using an up-to-date web browser. These include Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 2.0 and Safari 2.0 and newer.
• make sure you have a monitor that can display at least a resolution of 1024x768 or larger.
• make sure you have the flash player installed. The flash player allows for a more secure and interactive viewing environment and is required to see galleries on heninger.org. Most computers come with the flash player installed, but if you are having troubles, you can get the flash player from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
• if you can't see the bottom of the gallery (that contains the purchase options) first try to resize the window and see if that snaps the pictures into view. there seems to be a rendering bug that is initially drawing funny on some browsers.

Keep in Mind

• for the best viewing experience, make sure you are looking on a computer that is less than 3 years old. Mac or PC shouldn't matter much, although this website and all content were created on a Mac and probably look a bit better there...
